Biography

Sampath joined the JCC team in 2026 as a Contracts Manager. He has over 13 years of experience in pre-contract and post-contract commercial and contracts management across residential, commercial, healthcare, irrigation and water supply, mixed development, resort and spa, MEP systems, power transmission, and data center projects through his roles in both local and international construction organizations.
He has expertise in FIDIC, POMI, and bespoke contracts, cost estimation, tendering and procurement, interim valuations, variations and claims, risk management, cost control, cash flow forecasting, and final accounts.
Sampath holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.
