Biography

Gayani is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who Joined JCC in 2024 and serves as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Currently she is responsible for pre-contract Quantity Surveying duties.
She brings more than 14 years of experience in cost management, specifically in measurement, cost planning and cost estimating with expertise of CostX, Revit and AutoCAD through her roles at both local and foreign construction organizations related to Infrastructures Projects, Multi-story Building Projects, Road Projects and Water Supply Projects where she was a Senior Quantity Surveyor and a Senior Cost Manager.
She has obtained BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from University of Moratuwa Sri Lanka.

Qualifications

• Master of Business Studies – 2018 - University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
• Project Management Professional (PMP)® Preparation Training (USA Approved Program) - 2014, Colombo, Sri Lanka.
• BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying – 2009 - University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.
