Biography

Jayanga joined the JCC team in 2026 as a Commercial Manager. He has 14 years of experience in pre-contract and post-contract commercial and contracts management across road & bridges hotel & residential, irrigation, water supply and mixed development projects through his roles in both local and international construction organizations.
He has sound knowledge in FIDIC and CIDA Contracts and has well experience in commercial management, contract management, claims & dispute management and cost planning & monitoring.
Jayanga holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.
