Biography

Manoj is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Manager – Operations at JCC Kuliyapitiya. With over a decade of experience in pre-contract cost management, BOQ preparation, and tender documentation, he has played a vital role in delivering high-quality consultancy services to the Middle East and Australian markets.

He has provided the precontract cost management services for many international projects, including high-rise, mid-rise, and low-rise developments across residential, commercial, mixed-use, infrastructure, and recreational sectors.

Before joining JCC, Manoj worked as a Lead Quantity Surveyor at FEGUMA International Professionals (Pvt) Ltd., overseeing international projects. He also held senior roles at The Design Group Five International (Pvt) Ltd. and Amana Qatar Contracting in Doha, where he gained extensive experience in cost estimation, contract administration, and project cost control.

Manoj holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka, and an M.Sc. in Construction Project Management from the same institution. He is a corporate member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors Sri Lanka (AIQS-SL) and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
