Biography

Pathmasiri is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who Joined JCC in 2021 and serves as a Senior Contract Specialist. Currently he is responsible for preparing claims, preparing written submissions in terms of dispute resolution procedures, contract administration.

He brings more than 23 years of experience in cost management and contract administration through his roles at both local and foreign construction organisations related to Infrastructures Projects, Multi-story Building Projects and Oil & Gas Industry, where he was an Intermediate Cost Engineer at Sonangol Pesquisa & Producao SA (Luanda, Angola) and DG Jones and Partners Me Ltd. (Abu Dhabi, U.A.E).

He has a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from University of Moratuwa Sri Lanka.
